Founded in 2012, Uzima Women Relief Group International is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting wellness and alleviating poverty among vulnerable populations. The name Uzima, derived from Kiswahili, translates to "wellness," reflecting the organization’s commitment to fostering health and well-being.

The organization addresses critical challenges such as limited access to healthcare, nutrition, and education, with a strong emphasis on empowering women. By providing medical care, essential medicines, and educational support, Uzima strives to enhance opportunities for both women and men, focusing on sustainable wellness and poverty alleviation.

Our Mission
Uzima Women Relief Group International provides care and support to families impacted by war and disease in Canada and around the world, contributing to global efforts to combat poverty and advance women's health and education.
